Monticello Bootcamp is an aggressive 5-week program that educates current and potential business owners on the important components of running a business. At the final week of the program, participants who are eligible to do so, may apply for a $5,000 grant to go towards rent and utilities of their start-up business.
Who can attend?
Future business owners. Current business owners may also attend the classes. This program is open to residents and non—residents of Monticello, 18 and older.
When are classes held?
Classes are held Tuesday evenings from 6pm — 9pm, September 20 through October 25. Classes include time to work on business plans and receive assistance as needed from speakers. Those interested and eligible will present their business plans to a panel of judges on October 25th for the grant opportunity.
